Robert did an excellent job inspecting the home we were considering. Not only did he provide us with a detailed report with pictures, he called us and spent almost an hour explaining his findings. We had noticed some water damage to some inside walls, the seller's realtor told us that the source of the leak had been fixed months ago, Robert found that there were signs of recent water. We concluded that this meant that the leak had been occurring for several months and this was a red flag. We decided to cancel the purchase of this home to avoid massive headaches, not to mention lots of repair costs in the future. Thanks Robert!
